University of Basrah organizes a training course on Laboratory Biosafety and Biosecurity
The College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Basrah organized a training course entitled " laboratory biosafety and biosecurity"
The course aimed to train postgraduate students and researchers to enhance their awareness of biosafety procedures within laboratory works.
The course involved lectures delivered by the CBRN committee affiliated with Basrah University, concerning the classification of Microbiology and the methods of safe handling, as well as the use of personal protection requirements and dealing with laboratory animals.
