University of Basrah Organizes a Seminar entitled "A Success Story"  for the First-Year Students.

The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah organized an introductory seminar for the first-year students entitled "A Success Story."

The seminar aimed to motivate first-year students at the beginning of their university life and to highlight the positive aspects of the Veterinary Medicine profession. It is also emphasised on the humanity and compassion roles of veterinary medicine.

There was a session in which some academic staff had shared their successful stories and experiences during their career.

Finally, the speakers recommended to continue holding such gatherings to encourage early-stage students, to discover their skills, and to secure an effective communication with the faculty members and peers.
