With Field Participation from Its Dean… College of Veterinary Medicine Turns Tree-Planting Campaign into a Green Reality
The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basra witnessed the launch of the major spring planting campaign, with the participation of its Dean, Dr. Jalal Yassin Mustafa, along with a group of professors and students.
The campaign included planting a variety of perennial seedlings and shade trees in the college gardens, in a step aimed at expanding green spaces and improving the aesthetic appearance of the university campus.
The Dean of the college stated:
"We seek to provide a fertile and comfortable learning environment for our students, while emphasizing the importance of continuing to follow up on these planted trees and preserving them to ensure their sustainability as an environmental legacy for the next generation."
